Recognising a sales consultant who has consistently gone above and beyond to provide the best in service and results for vendors, the prestigious Ambassador’s Cup was awarded to Simon McIntyre of Landmark Harcourts Adelaide. Simon has been a part of the Landmark family for over 20 years, and his knowledge and experience have proven an invaluable asset to the brand.

South Australia continued their winning streak with Michelle Stacey, who was awarded the Office Administrator of the Year in recognition of her outstanding contribution. Based in Jamestown, South Australia, Michelle goes above and beyond to support the team in all aspects of the business, from training to administration duties to managing the brand’s marketing and communication across the state. The multiple nominations from various locations across South Australia are testament to her diligence and commitment to the brand.

For the first time, a selection of offices were also recognised for their efforts in marketing over the past year:

Best Email Marketing - Landmark Harcourts Tasmania
Best Video Footage - Landmark Harcourts Streaky Bay
Outside of the Square Marketing - Landmark Harcourts Ararat
Community Engagement Award - Landmark Harcourts Wangaratta

Landmark Harcourts General Manager, Mark Brooke, says the awards are representative of the dedication and hard work seen across the national network. “The sales consultants and their teams are crucial to our success,” he commented. “We’re focused on continuing to be the best regional and rural real estate business in Australia, and our staff are the key to doing that.”
