Five free ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy.

If you can’t make it to the gym, or run any further than to the supermarket, or simply prefer the comfort of your own home, there’s heaps of choice when it comes to keeping fit and healthy through your smart phone, laptop, or TV. We’ve collated some of our favourite options – best part is, they’re all FREE.

  1. Daily Workout Fitness Trainer: designed for those of us just getting into a daily fitness routine, this is a solid choice, offering sessions for male and female from five to 30 minutes. The workouts balance between being easy enough to keep up with but hard enough to feel the burn. Available in app format for iOS and Android.

  2. Joe Wicks – The Body Coach TV:
     great for exercise with kids or not, up to you! Check out The Body Coach TV YouTube channel.

  3. Josh Kramer:
     for those who need to stretch out and relax, let me introduce Josh Kramer. An Aussie who now resides in California. Josh has a raft of FREE yoga classes on his YouTube channel which will ease you into you week, or relax you at the end of the day.

  4. Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience:
     on a quest to improve mindfulness? Opera and Deepak guide you on a free online journey to enjoy meditation in and easy and inspiring way. Available in app format for iOs and Android.

  5. Centr:
     find your Centr with Chris Hemsworth’s team. Yes, some celebrities can be super cheesy, but it’s Thor! Work out with male or female instructors, catering for beginner to advanced levels, modify your plan to fit at any time, and receive the extra support of meal plans.
