Landmark Harcourts Take Top Rural Honours at Harcourts National Annual Awards 2016

Landmark Harcourts have taken top honours in the rural categories at the Harcourts National Annual Awards, held at Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast on Wednesday, May 18.

2016-HarConf-529.jpgTaking home the top award was Landmark Harcourts Tasmania’s Michael Warren, who has consistently been amongst the top of the list of successful sales consultants within the group.

 

Michael has taken the same award home for three years running, and with notable sales such as Redlands Estate and the 2809-hectare property Westmore under his belt in the past twelve months, nobody was surprised to see Michael once more reclaim the Top Rural honour this year.

 

 Complimenting this honour, Michael also placed 11th overall in the Top Sales Consultants across Harcourts Group Australia in a field of over 1,600 other agents. The Landmark Harcourts Tasmania office as a whole was recognised as one of the Top 5 offices based on revenue into office per sales consultant.

 

brian_liston.jpgIn second place for Top Rural Sales Consultant was Brian Liston of Landmark Harcourts Albury.  With a background in agribusiness and wool, Brian turned his attention to real estate 9 years ago, and his hard work has paid off with great success across a range of property types. He was the top Landmark Harcourts consultant in Victoria in 2015, and has been ranked the number 2 rural sales consultant nationally for the past three years. Some of his notable sales include Killawarra, Kinross Station and Rippling Water, amongst others in the Albury region.

In third place was Landmark Harcourts Cobar’s lead sales consultant, David Russell, who specialises in large acreage rural properties. A lifelong Cobar resident with over 30 years of real estate experience, David’s knowledge of the local area is unmatched. His recent sales of Keewong and Paddington Stations, for a combined total of more than $5 million, are evidence of his ability to negotiate the best deal for sellers and buyers.
