The Geraldton property market is set to experience the best of both worlds as both Harcourts and Landmark Harcourts now have offices operating in the area to service the residential and rural real estate markets respectively.

Earlier this month, the Landmark Harcourts joint venture was officially launched, marking the establishment of a major new business for the marketing of rural and regional real estate in Australia.

Having officially commenced operations on the 6th of April, the joint venture has brought together two businesses, each with well over 100 years of experience in the real estate sector, who combined, represent over $20 billion in property turnover annually and operate from over 380 locations around Australia.

Since the launch of the joint venture, the existing Landmark Geraldton office has been rebranded to Landmark Harcourts Geraldton, and will continue to focus on rural real estate sales and marketing in the local area.

The existing Harcourts Geraldton office will also continue its operations, specialising in residential property sales and land developments.

Andrew Moore, Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Western Australia, believes that this will offer the best of both worlds for the Geraldton market.

“The Geraldton market will now be serviced by dedicated rural and residential real estate branches, both with the tools, systems, training and resources that only a major brand like Harcourts can offer,” Mr Moore said.
